The years that taught two things I never dropped since — how large-organization software actually behaves under its own weight, and how rarely anyone measures it. Co-founded one of Europe's first industrial AR companies, roughly a decade before the headset boom made the category obvious. B2B software for training, maintenance and remote assistance on factory floors, deployed across 12+ countries with clients including GE, Amazon, Samsung, Siemens, ABB, Toyota, PwC and EY. Along the way: autonomous drone navigation and smart glasses repairing aircraft while the industry still called them a gimmick; Best AR/AI Company in China at AWE 2017; visiting professor of AI algorithm and code development at Jiaotong University; among the first business partners of Samsung Global on AI and smart glasses — wearable computing before the word "spatial" arrived. Bootstrapped, zero external investment, with operations across Europe, Texas, China and Silicon Valley.
